FOR ALL DIGITAL SHEETS

All items remain the property of Paper Creator © 2009. They are licensed for individual use only - up to 500 handcrafted items of any one design per year and may be used to enhance your handmade, handcrafted products. You may sell your finished handcrafted product, (unless otherwise stated with in the item description)

You may NOT offer our personal use designs as a design product or print service in any digital or other format whatsoever, this includes but is not limited to; tubes, logos, digitised embroidery files, dolls, wood, clay, paper or glass pieces, machine cut pieces, kits, layouts, pages, decoupage sheets, pintables, patterns, templates, stencils, stickers, rubber stamps or moulds. You may NOT apply the images to sig tags, e-stationery, auction templates or websites.

All distribution rights remain the sole property of Debbie Gibbons.

You may NOT redistribute the digital graphic files either in part or full or make them available for download or copy, give, lend, share or resell them in any format whatsoever. You may make a backup copy of the graphics you have purchased for your own personal security.

The moral right of the artist is to be upheld. You may not apply these graphic designs to any products that may be considered adult, obscene or offensive.

It is important that you understand the Terms of Use. If you are unsure whether the images at Paper Creator © 2009 are legally appropriate for your intended use please email me and I will be happy to assist you further.

FOR ALL CLIPART / GRAPHICS

Basically you may use our clip art graphics and digital overlays for pretty much anything as long as you incorporate the designs into another graphic that you create - on a flattened background (no transparency).  This basically means you can't resell these graphics in their original format.  You must create something new with them. They must be merged/flattened onto something else.

You may NOT sell or give away the clip art "as is". You may NOT share or give away any graphics purchased from my site with any other person or online groups / forums. You must create something new that you intend to sell or for your own personal use.

Updated for all purchased made on or after January 21, 2010 (Sharing / Freebies): You may NOT make printables, web sets, scrap kits, etc and share or give them away in online groups / forums. You are allowed to give away an occasional printable, web set, scrap kit, etc only on your own website or blog. Anyone caught sharing or giving away graphics, printables, web sets, scrap kits etc in online groups / forums will be banned from my website.

Credit for the artwork should be stated as “created using artwork from www.papercreator.co.uk"

We also ask that you provide a link back to us at www.papercreator.co.uk on each webpage where the designs are sold.
