Shipping & Returns

If you pay by Paypal or credit card, YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR DOWNLOADS by logging in to your custom area once your order has been processed.

Download Instructions:  Simply "Log In" using the username and password you chose during checkout.  Then click on "My Account" to access your order history and download your files.

If you have paid by e-cheque, your downloads will be available to you as soon as your payment clears, this takes around 7-10 days.

Please make sure that you have added sales@papercreator.co.uk to your email acceptance list in order to receive important order information.
